Browsers supported by Actcast #

Actcast supports the latest stable versions of the following web browsers:

  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Safari

Actcast does not work properly #

Please disable all browser extensions and see if the problem persists. We have confirmed that the display is strange when the following browser extensions are working.

  • Grammarly
  • AdBlock

If Actcast is not working properly without them, please contact us from the support page with the following information.

  • Your browser name and its version
  • List of browser extensions running
  • The procedure that can reproduce the operation

A charge of $1 is registered on the credit card statement #

It is a provisional request for validity confirmation and will not actually be charged.

I want to delete my account #

You can delete your account by Delete Account button on your profile edit screen. (Because the running device does not shut down automatically, please turn off the power in advance.)
