Member Invitation
Actcast allows you to invite users to a group by using the Invitation
feature.
Invitation operations is only allowed to Admin members.
Invitation flow
Admin members send invitation emails
Go to Members
page from the side menu and click Invite
button.
Set the email address of the user you want to invite and the Role of the new member, and click Send Invitation
to send the invitation email.
Invitation emails are valid for 24 hours after being sent. If it has expired, you will need to invite again.
User joins the group
Open the invitation email you received and open the link in your browser.
When Email address is already registered with Actcast
If your email address is registered with Actcast, Actcast will prompt you to log in.
After logging in, check the group information to join and click Join as "USERNAME"
.
When Email address is not registered with Actcast
If your email address is not registered with Actcast, you will see a page where you can sign up and register at the same time.
Set your user name and password, then click Sign Up
button.
