Cannot write to my micro SD card via Actcast installer #
If your micro SD card is not empty, format it and install again. If the problem persists, your micro SD card may be broken, please replace it with a new one.
I want to duplicate an image which has already written in my Raspberry Pi #
Duplicate your images before your first boot of Raspberry Pi. As we write some unique IDs including UUIDs, for which identify your device, image duplication after the first boot cause critical problems.
You can easily duplicate the same contents to multiple micro SD cards via Actcast Writer as it remembers the last configuration you wrote.
In some cases, such as static IP settings, simply duplicating and connecting to the same network will not work. Please use it according to the situation.

Registration is taking a long time #
It takes approximately 11 minutes from device setup to registration (Raspberry Pi 3 Model B, Class10 UHS-1, Read/Write 70MB/s, Download 65.48 Mbit/s, Upload 66.49 Mbit/s). Please check again after a certain period of time. If you have an HDMI cable and a display, you can check the progress by connecting the display beforehand.
Network settings are incorrect #
If it is not registered after a certain period of time, check if there is a problem with the network settings.

- The RaspberryPi series has different Wi-Fi frequencies available depending on the board type. Please check Available Wi-Fi for available frequencies.
- Make sure that your network does not require proxy settings. Managing devices with Actcast requires a network that does not require proxies.
If not, there may be a problem with the device itself.
