Browsers supported by Actcast

Actcast supports the latest stable versions of the following web browsers:

• Chrome
• Firefox
• Safari

Actcast does not work properly

Please disable all browser extensions and see if the problem persists. We have confirmed that the display is strange when the following browser extensions are working.

• Grammarly
• AdBlock

If Actcast is not working properly without them, please contact us from the support page with the following information.

• Your browser name and its version
• List of browser extensions running
• The procedure that can reproduce the operation

I want to delete my account

You can delete your account by Delete Account button on your profile edit screen. (Because the running device does not shut down automatically, please turn off the power in advance.)

I want to download past os images

Versions 3.40.0 and later can be downloaded from https://actcast.io/actcastos_image/images/actcastos-<OS version>.img.xz.
